Transforming Lives Through Jesus & Spreading The Gospel Throughout The Nations
Obviously, for all to live an abundant life with Christ and to experience God is a huge undertaking. But we know what our part, our mission is, and that is why we focus on the power of God to lead, guide and direct us.
You might not be aware of it but everyone has a story to tell. Your journey could be the solution for someone else who is in desperate need for answers, advice, and a clear direction. The reality is we all are part of God’s story. It is important to run the race with our eyes on the goal that God has placed in front of us. This helps us to stay within our calling and not to get in the way.
Being People of the Bible
God’s Word (the Bible) goes back several thousand years. The Bible is our “home base” to help one another in the community. The Bible is the Word of God and we use this as our guideline in how we go about life. It gives us clear and important instructions in how to live life and forms our worldview. We believe that all Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness.
“All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness ” – 2 Timothy 3:16 (NASB)
God created prayer. God communicated with Adam, Jesus and through Holy Spirit longs to do the same with us. This is like an unlimited use of communication system that does not fail and does not go static. The bonus is that there are unlimited minutes in this communication system. Jesus longs to be in communication with you daily. We in the community know how important prayer is and that a cord that is three strings is much stronger than a cord that is with one string. God did not create us to be alone but to be in community with HIM, and to help each other. We as a community can pray for one another.
“Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed.” – James 5:16 (NASB)
We love GOD, each other, and the world. God did not create us to be alone and isolated but to be in unity and work together. This brings a sense of security, support, and purpose. Jesus lived in community the early church was in a community, and the apostle Paul was in a community The Bible gives a great model in how to live in a community with one another even if at times it is challenging. The gifts that come out of living in community are worth it. The goal of community is to build up and do not destroy, and not isolate, inspire and get equipped, and inspire to send out to a desperate world hurting and searching for truth. As a strong community we are determined to strive to help one another and to make available the benefits of community to those that feel a void , feel emptiness, are searching for truth have been hurt by the church, feel not accepted by the church or simply long to be part of this community.
“Jesus was going through all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness. Seeing the people, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and dispirited like sheep without a shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.” – Matthew 9:35-38
Growing and Trusting in God
We serve with integrity, humility, and joy. We have grown organically and our development as a ministry is in steps of planting the see, tilling the ground and seeing the fruit. This takes a growing time that helps us mature in the calling God has given us. Each day is an opportunity to trust GOD in the mountains He wants us to move and learn as we go.
The Heart Is Key
We believe God restores form ashes to beauty. Our hearts are key in this process. The more we experience God the more the heart is cleansed from hurts and pains that cause un-forgiveness, rejection, doubt, etc. in this process it helps us to ore clearly hear God’s voice. God longs to take out all that is in the way, turning our lives into abundant living. Christ is not accepted in the mind but in the heart. The thief Satan tries to take your joy away. Our real hope is that Jesus says even after it is taken away you can be fully restored by living in abundance. Jesus says that He came to heal the broken-hearted and for the deaf to hear and the blind to see. He gives us a helper Holy Spirit whom helps us 24/7, to be transformed more and more in the image of Christ. A lot of this transformation takes place in the heart.
No Phony Baloney Christianity
We serve each other as we would serve ourselves. This is easier said than done. We have fallen short in all ways. Ye God forgives us each and every tie we turn to Him. This is why Christ died for us. This is why we will put out all efforts to forgive and build up none another this is following Jesus’ example. People offend God and people that is why we pray that our connecting with others would be as Jesus commands us in Mark 12:30-31:
“AND YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH.’ The second is this, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’”
